HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT
If you are not satisfied, you may follow the below complaints procedure :
- Send your complaint to your dedicated contact person, either in writing (e-mail, letter) or verbally (you will be asked for written confirmation).
- Your person of contact will confirm receipt within the 10 days following receipt of your message.
- They will immediately forward your complaint to their supervisor.
- You will receive a reply within the two months following receipt of your message.
- If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you can then inform the customer complaints department in writing. The latter will acknowledge receipt within the same timeframe.

Any documents related to your complaint will be kept for up to five years from the date on which they are received.
