We do everything we can to meet your expectations and ensure your satisfaction.
Should you nevertheless be dissatisfied with a service provided by FILHET-ALLARD MARITIME, please contact your usual interlocutor in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with the answer provided, your request will be reviewed by his/her manager.

In all cases, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within ten (10) working days of the date your complaint was sent and an answer within a maximum of two (2) months.
If you are still not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, or if you do not receive a response to your request within two (2) months, you may refer the matter to the Ombudsman, free of charge, at the following address:
